Its a different story now and I'm in Mr Productive mode. But first I'll get you up to speed. After we crawled out of Wellington we headed north in a couple of days of driving through the King country back to Hamilton. I'm getting bored of saying it but yet again the scenery was breath-taking. We stopped off a couple of times, once in a national park (which tested krystaal's suspension and tyres) and once to see some glowworm caves. Visually spectacular in the caves but unfortunately our guide was a bit shit. (How you could decrcibe the formation of limestone caves and stalactites without the words dissolved calcium or carbonate is beyond me, but then i am a geek.) After a stop off in Hamilton it was off to our new home in the Bay of Plenty. Its as good as it sounds, we're living by the beach in papamoa just along the road from a surf town and a short drive from my new job. As far as work goes its pretty sweet; the hours are less than home, the people are all really friendly and the work itself is rewarding and interesting. So all round I'm loving it, plus theres the perks, cheap gym and free lunch daily.
Today I also started my surfing career, as it turns out, I'm a natural. Watch the press for my progress I imagine the world will sit back in shock and awe at my meteoric rise to fame as overnight surfing legend. But enough of that, far more interesting is the photos of the mos I promised. Unfortunately my lip is now naked. Although the holiday facial hair is gone and I'm starting to earn a living it still feels like I'm holiday, probably because I live on a beach and the weather is perfect every day. I'll stop now before you all hate me forever.
